Senior Compliance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Engineer with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience to ensure our optical transceiver products meet all necessary compliance and certification requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end certification activities for products, including compliance with EMC, safety, RoHS, WEEE, GR468, and relevant international standards.

What you'll do

• Take ownership for all compliance needs of optical transceiver products, including certification to EMC, safety, RoHS, WEEE, GR468, and other global standards
• Maintain thorough knowledge and application of EMC and safety standards for IT devices and equipment
• Build and manage a comprehensive certification ecosystem, working with local and international labs to ensure end-to-end compliance
• Coordinate lab scheduling and demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts, based on lab availability
• Prepare and manage documentation required to support product certifications, ensuring full compliance with product release milestones
