Senior Compliance Manager - IBU

About the role

The Senior Compliance Manager - IBU will primarily focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance at GIFT City IBU. This role supports the Compliance and Principal Officer (CO & PO) of IBU in ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and managing AML/KYC compliance risks.

What you'll do

• Monitor and investigate AML transaction alerts, identify suspicious activities, and coordinate timely disposition with stakeholders
• Prepare, validate, and support regulatory submissions including STR, CTR, and other AML/CFT reporting requirements
• Manage Customer Risk Rating (CRR) processes, including customer risk assessments, risk categorization and trigger-based reviews
• Ensure compliance with KYC, CDD, EDD, and periodic Re-KYC requirements in line with IFSCA regulations and internal policies
• Perform periodic AML/CFT compliance reviews and monitor adherence to regulatory and internal control frameworks
