What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of disability inclusion initiatives for State Government departments and agencies
• Provide technical expertise on disability rights, accessibility standards, universal design, and inclusive governance
• Develop innovative and practical solutions to address challenges faced by persons with disabilities
• Support state governments in formulating policies, strategies, schemes, and programs related to disability inclusion
• Conduct research, assessments, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improving accessibility and inclusion
