Senior Content Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Content Specialist, you will play a key role in the DBOR Transformation programme, shaping the future operating model, data workflows and tooling capabilities used across Content Operations. You will work closely with Content Infrastructure Owners, Engineering, Product and Operations teams to refine business requirements, support solution design, drive adoption and ensure successful delivery of transformational change.

What you'll do

• Partner with Content Infrastructure Owners to translate strategic requirements into executable operational solutions
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation and agent-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality and scalability
• Define, document and maintain operating models, process documentation and operational standards
• Support data modelling activities by documenting business rules, workflows, dependencies and operational requirements
• Develop a thorough understanding of the data sources, business rules and processing logic that support the assigned data domain
