Senior Contracts Specialist

About the role

The Senior Contracts Specialist role is primarily responsible for leading the reviewing and coordinating of responses to client contractual agreements. Develops Tender Strategies in accordance with company processes and procedures. Helps maintain a forward plan for forthcoming contractual support projects.

What you'll do

• Responsible for leading the reviewing and coordinating of responses to client contractual agreements
• Ensure that the business risks are reduced to a minimum and that the company contracting principles are upheld
• Supporting the relevant regions, alongside regional leadership and Corporate in the review, risk analysis and implementation of a range of material agreements
• Drive contractual support in various international regions
• Ensuring the correct application of relevant agreements and contracts currently in place
