Senior Coordinator - Finance & Accounts - Finance

About the role

The Senior Coordinator – Finance & Treasury will be responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations primarily relating to Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Fixed Deposits (FDs). The role will ensure timely processing, accurate accounting in SAP, effective utilization and monitoring of banking limits, maintenance of appropriate trackers and documentation, and proactive follow-up for closure of expired Bank Guarantees.

What you'll do

• Handle the end-to-end Bank Guarantee process, including receipt of requests, processing with banks, issuance, amendments, extensions and closure/cancellation
• Maintain an accurate and updated BG Tracker, covering BGs requested, under process, issued, amended, expired and closed
• Ensure BG-related bank charges are recorded accurately and timely in SAP
• Monitor available and utilized Bank Guarantee limits and highlight potential shortfalls to the Finance/Treasury team
• Proactively follow up for closure/cancellation of expired BGs so that blocked banking limits can be released
