About the role

As the Senior Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive and satisfying customer experience, as well as effectively managing the collection of overdue amounts.

What you'll do

• Be the face of Digitide Solutions, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
• Be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing timely and accurate information to our valued customers
• Act as the primary customer advocate, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly
• Handle collection processes for overdue accounts, maintaining a professional and friendly approach
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing accurate and timely information
