Senior Data & AI Governance Lead (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & AI Governance Lead to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This leadership role is critical in establishing and driving the data and AI governance frameworks across the organization to ensure ethical, compliant, and effective use of data and artificial intelligence technologies.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement data and AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to embed governance practices in AI/ML development and data management processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy, security, and ethical standards, including KSA regulations
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to monitor regulatory changes and adjust governance frameworks accordingly
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data and AI governance initiatives
