• Mechanical SLD, Space Planning & Equipment Layout (CORE ROLE)
• HVAC Plant & External Utility Layout
• Chillers, cooling towers, pumps
• External plant areas and terraces
• Plan: Equipment spacing, maintenance access, lifting zones, raised platforms

What you need

• 5–15 yrs of experience
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Quantity estimation
• HVAC
• System design
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
