Senior Director, India- CFO Organization

About the role

This is a broad general management role within the CFO organization. The Senior Director will lead and enable accomplished functional leaders including Directors, Senior Managers and subject matter experts while ensuring strong alignment between India priorities and the global strategies of Finance, IT and Information Security.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and enable a team of experienced functional leaders and subject-matter experts, creating clarity of ownership
• Translate global functional strategies into effective India execution plans, taking into consideration local business priorities
• Partner with the President and Managing Director, India, the Global Chief Financial Officer and other executive leaders to understand business priorities and ensure that…
• Serve as a member of both the India leadership team and the CFO leadership team, representing the India organization and contributing to enterprise-wide decisions
• Establish an effective operating rhythm across the three functions, including business reviews, workforce planning, priority setting, risk management
