What you'll do
- Responsible for day-to-day operation and process control of the Aluminium Profile Anodizing Line
- Monitor and control degreasing, etching, desmutting, anodizing, colouring and sealing processes
- Ensure proper profile loading, jigging, electrical contact and material movement through the anodizing line
- Monitor rectifiers, cooling systems, pumps, tanks, heaters, agitators and circulation systems
- Conduct and monitor chemical bath analysis and ensure timely chemical dosing/replenishment
