About the role

To oversee and manage Sheet metal shop with core knowledge on stretch forming & Forming operations, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of components while maintaining safety and productivity.

What you'll do

  • Allocate jobs to machines and operators based on production schedules
  • Monitor performance and ensure optimal utilization
  • Implement in-process inspection and coordinate with the quality team
  • Address non-conformance and initiate corrective actions
  • Knowledge on AS9001 D requirements
