Manager/Specialist – Mechanical --> Sr. Engineer – Mechanical

What you'll do

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Contract and SLA Monitoring
  • Maintain uptime of Critical Systems of MEP infrastructure at Airport
  • Monitor Fire Detection & Protection, PHE, and BMS systems for serviceability, preventive maintenance, and adherence to defined SLAs
  • Track contractor performance on parameters such as response time, equipment testing, tool availability, and stock of spares and consumables
