Senior Engineer - Production - RED

About the role

Responsible for managing and executing day-to-day production activities related to condensers, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels . The role requires hands-on experience in fabrication, a good understanding of ASME codes , and the ability to lead and supervise production teams effectively to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and quality-compliant output.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage production staff to ensure optimal resource utilization and discipline on the shop floor
• Plan daily and weekly production schedules aligned with project deadlines and client requirements
• Monitor progress and ensure production targets are met without compromising on quality
• Read and interpret GA (General Arrangement) and fabrication drawings accurately to guide fabrication processes
• Oversee fabrication of pressure vessels, condensers, and heat exchangers as per customer and design specifications

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Mechanical engineering
• Fabrication
• Welding
• Diploma or B.Tech or B.E.
