Senior Engineer at SAEL_Career Site_V1. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards during all stages of solar module production (cell sorting, stringing, lamination, assembly, and final testing).

What you'll do

• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards during all stages of solar module production (cell sorting, stringing, lamination, assembly, and final testing)
• Conduct in-process and final inspections, audits, and testing of PV modules as per IEC/UL standards
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and customer complaints
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to improve process capability and product quality
• Support implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems within the plant

What you need

• 2–6 yrs of experience
• Solar

• FMEA
• Six Sigma
• B.Tech or B.E.
