Senior Enterprise Sales Manager (BFSI)

About the role

The Enterprise Sales Manager (Banking) will be responsible for acquiring new banking and financial-institution clients for Bureau. This role focuses on identifying high-value prospects across banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders, understanding their risk, fraud, and compliance challenges, and driving end-to-end deal closures.

What you'll do

• Proactively hunt for high-potential BFSI clients, build and manage a robust sales pipeline of prospective institutions
• Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → lead generation → discovery → product presentation → solution design → proposal → negotiation → closure → onboarding…
• Build and maintain strong relationships CXOs, partners, and stakeholders; negotiate commercial terms for mutually beneficial partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally — product, operations, customer-success — to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and long-term client satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports and revenue targets; present progress to leadership regularly
