About the role

The Senior Admin Executive will lead and oversee corporate administrative and facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace. The role involves strategic planning, vendor governance, cost control, and close coordination with senior management to support business operations.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end corporate administration and facilities management for the office
• Handle front office activities including visitor management, calls, and correspondence
• Develop, implement, and monitor admin policies, SOPs, and best practices
• Manage and evaluate vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, pantry, travel, and maintenance services
• Control administrative budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost optimization
