Senior Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Store / API to manage day-to-day warehouse and material-handling activities, with a focus on API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) storage and inventory management. The role will ensure accurate receipt, storage, issuance, documentation, and reconciliation of materials while maintaining GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage receipt, inspection, identification, storage, and issuance of API, raw materials, packaging materials, and other inventory
• Ensure proper material segregation, labeling, status identification, and storage conditions
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and ensure timely system transactions
• Perform physical stock verification and reconciliation with system inventory
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and applicable material-handling procedures
