What you'll do

• Be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Customer Care department, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a customer-centric culture
• Lead and manage the Customer Care team, providing strategic direction and guidance
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service across all channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
