Senior Executive- Corporate Secretarial

About the role

The candidate will independently manage and drive a broad spectrum of corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory compliance matters for the listed entity and its group companies.

What you'll do

• Independently manage end-to-end Board, Committee and Shareholder Meeting processes, including Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings and Postal Ballots
• Prepare and finalise Board and Shareholder Notices, Agendas, Presentations, Minutes, Circular Resolutions and Action Trackers
• Drive compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable corporate laws
• Drive the implementation of corporate governance initiatives and adoption of governance best practices
• Maintain statutory registers, secretarial records and corporate documentation
