About the role

The Operations Associate will support the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects by managing resources, tracking financials, cost efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role involves maintaining operational discipline, assisting in cost tracking and reporting, and ensuring timely completion of billing and contract activities.

What you'll do

• Oversee and support project operations in coordination with the delivery team
• Manage and maintain resource allocation and deallocation based on project needs
• Ensure smooth coordination between project, finance, and HR teams for operational activities
• Planning & Efficiency Improvement
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to identify improvement areas

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
