About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Capability Development Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to design, deliver, and measure impactful learning experiences that build organisational capability. This role focuses on creating simple, engaging, and effective learner journeys while driving measurable business outcomes through learning initiatives.

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to define clear learning outcomes aligned with business priorities
• Design and deliver learning solutions using structured instructional design methodologies
• Simplify and enhance the learner experience across platforms and programmes
• Lead capability development initiatives, including skill assessment and impact measurement
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions, including return on investment
