Position name - Senior Executive - Rail Operations - Rail & Inland Terminals To achieve faster turnaround of rake & containers Ensuring proper documentation related to s/line, customs, and Railways. To ensure compliance related to EXIM, customs & railways. Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship

What you'll do

• Liaising with Indian Railways to maintain TATs and SLAs at divisional and HQ levels. Particularly for JNPT- DPMT and JNPT-KPFP circuits
• Monitor Rake running and ensure to achieve targeted SLA
• Lease rake induction in system and attachment / detachment of units
• Third party container and train bookings in system
• Share rake running report for all rakes in EXIM circuit before morning meeting to align placement and planning of rakes based on operational requirements
