About the role

This role goes beyond traditional sales—it requires a consultative, solution-oriented mindset to unlock wallet share, drive cross-selling across business lines, and build long-term partnerships with key clients. The ideal candidate will act as a business owner for assigned accounts, identifying new opportunities, bundling solutions, and driving revenue growth through deep customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Own and grow strategic/key accounts across BFSI, fintech, and enterprise segments
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, bundling, and integrated solutions
• Develop and execute account growth plans and revenue strategies
• Collaborate with internal business units to create customized solutions for clients
• Track industry trends, competition, and client need to proactively drive opportunities
