Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work with our FP&A Center of Excellence (COE) in Pune supporting Enterprise FP&A and FP&A COE leadership.

What you'll do

• Manage the consolidation and reporting of quarterly financial planning, including the President's Operating Report (POR)
• Analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators, investigating material variances versus prior forecasts, budgets, and historical results
• Partner with business unit finance teams to support forecast submissions, provide guidance on corporate policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, the HFM team, and other key stakeholders to resolve reporting issues, improve data quality
• Reconcile and validate reported financial results with Corporate Accounting to ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of financial data

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience

• Reporting
• US GAAP

• Any graduate
