Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fully Remote- India)

About the role

Reporting to your Technical Lead, this role will be responsible for delivering high-quality software across the Rosterfy stack as part of a growing SaaS engineering team. You’ll play a key role in our transition to a principle-led, product-focused engineering model — with a strong emphasis on scalability, quality, documentation, and collaboration.

What you'll do

• As a full stack Senior Engineer you will design and deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS
• Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and Design to deliver features with user impact in mind
• Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components
• Participate in improving CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and system performance
• Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and peer mentorship
