Senior Fund Accountant, Private Credit

About the role

Validate waterfall calculations, management fees, carried interest allocations, and investor allocation methodologies. Sign off as reviewer on SOC1 checklist and support SOC external audit requests; Understand the governing agreements between Alter Domus and the client.

What you'll do

• Perform end-to-end Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation for private credit funds on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual NAV pack
• Process and monitor capital calls, investor contributions, distributions, redemptions, and related investor allocations
• Handle daily cash activities and notices on assigned funds
• Prepare cash, Position and accrued interest reconciliation, Investigate and resolve breaks

What you need

• 4–8 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• US GAAP
• Financial statements
• IFRS
• Chartered Accountant or CMA or CFA or MBA
