What you'll do

• Support day-to-day operations in 24x7 production or equivalent technical environments
• Lead investigations and remediation for high-impact service disruptions and complex operational issues
• Analyze data, system patterns and precedents to identify underlying causes and recommend preventative solutions
• Configure and operate cloud infrastructure using automation, Infrastructure as Code and operational tooling
• Monitor, test and improve code and technical solutions within continuous integration and deployment environments
