Senior HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and elevate our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in employee onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management.

What you'll do

• Onboarding & Orientation: Drive a seamless, comprehensive onboarding and induction experience for all new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Design, plan, and execute robust employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, team-building activities
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, effectively managing grievances, resolving conflicts
• HR Operations & Policy Implementation: Drive day-to-day HR administrative operations, maintain accurate HRIS database records
• Performance Management System (PMS): Assist leadership in executing quarterly and annual performance review cycles, tracking KPIs/KRAs
