About the role

Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture while strengthening employee engagement and retention. We're looking for someone who has: 5-10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. Demonstrated ability to build HR processes and systems in evolving or rapidly scaling organizations.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the HR function in a fast-growing AI startup
• Influence talent, culture and business growth at leadership level
• Lead the HR function across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, and People Processes
• Build and implement scalable HR policies, systems, and frameworks to support rapid organizational growth
• Drive end-to-end hiring across technical, manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions
