About the role

Senior Manager - HR, Administration & Industrial Relations (IR) The Senior Manager - HR, Administration & Industrial Relations (IR) will be responsible for leading and requires strong leadership, statutory compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR strategy to ensure smooth plant operations and organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, performance
• Management, and employee separation
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage manpower planning, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, employee counselling, and domestic enquiries

What you need
