Senior HRIS Analyst

About the role

As an HRIS Analyst III, this professional will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and analysis of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday. This role involves managing HR data, generating reports, and providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of HR systems.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain HRIS applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the Workday platform
• Participate in and lead the planning, testing, and implementation of new HRIS modules and features, including Workday's semi-annual release cycles
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and reports to meet evolving business needs
• Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system upgrades and customizations
• Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations
