About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise in OTBI Reports and Dashboards, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL Data Migration, Redwood UI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

What you'll do

  • OTBI Dashboards and Analytics
  • Develop and maintain OTBI dashboards, analyses, prompts, and interactive reports
  • Build reports using appropriate HCM subject areas across All modules and Workforce Structures
  • Apply filters, parameters, calculations, and dashboard-level configurations as required
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, reporting access, and performance issues

What you need

  • 5–7 yrs of experience
  • HRMS
  • Oracle Fusion
  • SQL
  • SAP
  • Regression testing
  • Excel
  • BCA or MCA or B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

  • Reconciliation
