Senior IT Support Engineer

About the role

Provides Level 3 engineering and project leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Cisco Meraki, and managed services environments, ensuring successful client onboarding, data and infrastructure migrations, escalation resolution, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to service delivery standards.

What you'll do

• Lead client onboarding, data migrations, and infrastructure projects through a dispatcher-driven service model, owning project planning, cutover, escalation resolution
• Design, build, and administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR
• Plan and deliver on-premises to Azure migrations, including Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID, servers and applications to Azure virtual machines, Azure networking
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking solutions, including MX, MS, and MR devices, VLANs, firewall rules, DNS, NAT, VPN connectivity
• Maintain strong operational discipline by proactively communicating project status, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders
