What you'll do

• Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, on-demand, and digital learning experiences for enterprise IT solutions
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for end users and targeted audiences across the organization
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, job aids, performance support resources, and assessment tools
• Serve as a learning coach by guiding users through technology adoption and helping improve their proficiency with enterprise software
