About the role

Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolutions, and negotiations as required. A successful Senior Legal Counsel should have: A degree in Law from a recognised institution. Proven expertise in legal advisory, contract management, and compliance in the FMCG industry. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

• Provide legal guidance on business operations, agreements, and regulatory matters within the FMCG industry
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in the food sector
• Advise on risk management strategies and mitigate potential legal risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries and provide solutions
