Senior Manager, Business Enablement - Parametric

About the role

Parametric's Centralized Business Enablement team ensures the smooth running of long-term and day-to-day business operations across the organization in alignment with policy. We work to optimize our business operations for consistency, efficiency, transparency, and strong governance, enabling Parametric's global growth.

What you'll do

• Support the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Committee in addressing and resolving identified risks, incidents, or control deficiencies
• Support the Trade Incident Review (TIR) process including management of the identification, assessment, escalation
• Work with India NFR committee to prepare updates to regional and global leadership teams
• Maintain an updated register of all applicable regulations relevant to Parametric’s business activities
• Evaluate the impact of new regulatory requirements on products, operations, and client services
