Senior Manager - Business Finance

About the role

We're looking for a business finance professional who can operate as a true partner to the business, not a pure reporting or MIS function. You'll be expected to independently identify and track the key strategic input metrics for your business, question and deep-dive with stakeholders, and drive cost or growth outcomes through influence rather than oversight.

What you'll do

• Business Partnering & Financial Ownership – Act as the primary Business Finance partner for your assigned vertical (Auto, or Health, Life, Travel & Labs)
• Strategic Metric Definition & Tracking – Independently identify and track the key strategic input metrics for the business on a regular cadence
• Root-Cause Problem Solving – Go beyond reporting numbers to identify what's really driving performance operational breakdowns, customer issues
• Cost & Investment Analysis – Build financial frameworks, business cases, and ROI/cost analyses to support key business decisions and growth initiatives
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with FP&A, Controllership, and other Finance functions to ensure consistent reporting, cost allocation
