Senior Manager – Business Partnering & Digital Solution

About the role

The Senior Manager – Business Partnering & Digital Solution will act as a trusted business partner to all functional heads and work closely with the Director, Finance, IT & Legal to build Bal Raksha Bharat's business functional needs into working and compliant digital solutions. This role coordinates with the infrastructure team on IT security and backup.

What you'll do

• Act as the dedicated digital business partner and a single point of contact for all functional heads, understanding their strategy on technology needs
• Participate in annual planning and quarterly reviews with functional heads to agree a joint digital plan tied to strategy and goals
• Own the business application portfolio (Donor 360/BRISK, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, HRMS (GreytHR), SCMS
• Lead user acceptance testing with functional users, training and change management for every release
• Run surveys and service reviews for regular user feedbacks and act accordingly
