Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

About the role

The Center Leader is the first hire and would be the on-site owner of that team. There may be an opportunity to scale a team, set up how it works, and lead global processes in a controlled, well-documented way.

What you'll do

• Partner with global team members to lead recurring work: partner in work handoffs, run shadowing and parallel runs, and sign off when a processes are complete
• Set up team operating best practices: process runbooks, close and reporting calendars, quality checks, review steps and service expectations
• Own quality and timeliness of the team's output. Review work, resolve issues and report on accuracy and on-time delivery
• Partner with the Director of Corporate Finance, the Director of Commissions and Strategic Finance leaders to prioritize work and resolve escalations
• Work with HR, IT and Legal on onboarding, system access, data security and employment logistics for the team
