Senior Manager - Finance & Procurement Services

About the role

We are looking for Senior Manager – Accounts Payable with deep end-to-end operational knowledge across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and general Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader and front-end change agent with a proven track record in driving global process transformations, automation initiatives, and seamless transition management.

What you'll do

• Act as a primary client-facing contact and strategic partner for key business stakeholders, procurement teams, and external vendors
• Handle customer expectations, lead operational governance reviews (QBRs/MBRs), and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
• Lead and handle transition projects—from business case preparation, shadow tracking, and process mapping to steady-state operational handover
• Identify process redundancies and drive standardization across different geographies or entities
• Handle, mentor, and coach a team of AP team leads and analysts, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance team culture
