Senior Manager | Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Proven FP&A leadership experience within a B2B Global Capability Centre (GCC) supporting global operations and business stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering, and driving performance insights for senior leadership teams.

What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing insights to support business growth and operational performance
• Partner with business and functional leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and influence strategic decision-making
• Drive management reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investments, cost optimization, and key business initiatives
• Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and finance transformation projects
