Senior Manager, GBS - ATR - Global Excellence

About the role

As Senior Manager, GBS – ATR Global Excellence , you will be a key member of the GBS Account to Report organization, driving operational excellence, standardization and transformation across ATR processes globally. You will report and support the ATR Global Process Leader in defining the strategic roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, implement best practices and ensure consistency in financial processes.

What you'll do

• Strategic Partnership & Transformation
• Collaborate closely with the ATR Global Process Lead to develop and execute the ATR strategy within GBS
• Provide thought leadership on process innovation, future operating models and transformation priorities
• Analyze industry benchmarks and internal performance data to recommend improvements that align with company objectives
• Service Delivery & Stakeholder Management
