• Own the strategy and design standard for how benefits programs are configured across all platforms, defining eligibility rules, enrollment logic, data flows
• Ensure configuration decisions are intentional, consistent, and aligned with global program design principles, not inherited defaults or regional workarounds
• Take design ownership when new programs, plan changes, or country expansions require system configuration decisions
• Translate benefits program requirements into clear system design specifications for HRIT, vendor, and implementation teams
• Maintain a living design documentation library that captures configuration standards, decision rationale, and country-level variation rules
