What you'll do

• Leading the GTN CoE team - responsible for managing customer claims related to Chargebacks, Rebates, Shelf-stock, Pricing, FTS, Sales Returns
• Driving and enhancing the process by identifying improvement opportunities, creating customer practices, process documents etc
• Anchor Digitalisation projects across GTN processes through various tool and techniques like RPA, Al, Vistex etc
• Ensure customer claims and credits are processed with accuracy and within timelines by the team
• Review the claim validation workings and provide approvals as per the policy
