• Manage a team of 45–60 FTEs
• Oversee daily operations to meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets
• Monitor workflow, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Set performance goals and manage hiring, coaching, and recognition
• Support policy updates, client workflow adherence, and inventory allocation
