Senior Manager, Head of Supply Management

About the role

This role is responsible for driving category management, assortment planning, supply governance, and partner alignment to ensure a diverse, high-quality, and scalable supply portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Product teams, the Senior Manager will develop supply strategies that support business growth, user engagement, and marketplace performance.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving category management, assortment planning, supply governance, and partner alignment to ensure a diverse, high-quality
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Product teams, the Senior Manager will develop supply strategies that support business growth
• Lead and manage the end-to-end supply ecosystem of the GCash Superapp, including vouchers, rewards, offers, and partner-provided products
• Develop and execute supply strategies that ensure diversity, freshness, relevance, and optimal performance across categories and customer segments
• Drive category management initiatives, including category definition, assortment planning, supply prioritization, rationalization, and lifecycle management

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
