Senior Manager (Industrial Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Process Engineering & Development (PED) Leader to drive manufacturing excellence, industrialization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing world-class manufacturing systems, enhancing productivity, optimizing capacity, leading CAPEX projects, and ensuring successful new product introductions while supporting the plant's Industry 4.0 journey.

What you'll do

• Industrialization & Manufacturing Excellence
• Lead greenfield and brownfield industrialization projects from concept to implementation
• Design and optimize manufacturing lines, layouts, and workflows in line with global standards and ergonomic requirements
• Install, validate, and industrialize new equipment and processes to support product launches
• Drive process improvements through line balancing, efficiency enhancement, and resource optimization

What you need

• 15–18 yrs of experience
• Lean manufacturing
• PLC
• B.Tech or B.E.
