About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Process Engineering & Development (PED) Leader to drive manufacturing excellence, industrialization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing world-class manufacturing systems, enhancing productivity, optimizing capacity, leading CAPEX projects, and ensuring successful new product introductions while supporting the plant's Industry 4.0 journey.

What you'll do

Industrialization & Manufacturing Excellence
Lead greenfield and brownfield industrialization projects from concept to implementation
Design and optimize manufacturing lines, layouts, and workflows in line with global standards and ergonomic requirements
Install, validate, and industrialize new equipment and processes to support product launches
Drive process improvements through line balancing, efficiency enhancement, and resource optimization

What you need

15–18 yrs of experience
Lean manufacturing
PLC
B.Tech or B.E.
