What you'll do

• Legal Drafting & Contract Management: Draft, review, vet, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including vendor agreements, service agreements
• Vendor Empanelment & Onboarding: Manage the legal aspects of vendor empanelment, including review of vendor documentation, due diligence, contractual terms
• Regulatory & Compliance Support: Ensure agreements and relevant processes align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Dispute & Escalation Management: Support the resolution of contractual disputes, vendor escalations, breaches, and other legal issues

What you need
